Express II Condos is a new condo project by Malibu Investments and is currently in pre-construction. Express Condos will be located at 6 Tippett Road in North York. The major intersection is Wilson Avenue & Allen Road. 

Express Condos 2 on the subway is the second phase of Express Condos. Express 2 Condos will be a tower with mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Express II Condos is still unknown.
